PRIMARY SPORTS

Athletes select one Primary Sport to focus on throughout their session and receive personalized coaching designed to accelerate skill development, confidence, and overall growth.

Each day includes two hours of dedicated training in the morning and three hours in the afternoon, with one session centered on fitness and wellness. This structure ensures athletes build strong fundamentals while also supporting their physical and mental well-being.

Our fitness and wellness curriculum includes sport-specific strength work, flexibility and mobility training, injury prevention techniques, nutrition education, and healthy habits that support an active lifestyle. Through the United Speed School, athletes also engage in strength and conditioning that enhances performance and prepares them to compete at their best.

Our Baseball program helps campers strengthen core skills in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. Coaches focus on building solid mechanics and confident decision-making in every position. With high-energy drills and game play, athletes grow their abilities and love for the game.

Our Basketball program teaches players how to build strong fundamentals while learning to compete with purpose and confidence. Campers work on shooting, ball-handling, defense, and game awareness through clear instruction and fast-paced drills. Every session helps athletes improve their skills and understand the game at a higher level.

BASKETBALL

Our Field Hockey program helps campers build strong fundamentals in first touch, passing, movement, and defensive skills. Coaches break down technique in a clear, supportive way that helps players grow quickly. With drills and small-sided play, athletes develop confidence and a deeper understanding of the game.

FIELD HOCKEY

Our Football Kicking program gives specialists focused instruction in field goals, kickoffs, punts, and snapping. Campers learn proper technique that supports power, accuracy, and consistency. Each session builds confidence and prepares athletes to perform under pressure.

FOOTBALL KICKING

Our Girls Flag Football program introduces players to one of the fastest-growing sports with energy and teamwork at the core. Campers learn passing, route running, flag pulling, and game strategy in a fun and supportive environment. They leave camp with stronger skills, greater confidence, and a love for the sport.

GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL

Our Golf program helps players strengthen their fundamentals while learning how to think and train like a golfer. Campers work on full-swing mechanics, short game skills, and on-course decision-making. Whether new to the game or more advanced, athletes get focused instruction that leads to steady improvement.

GOLF

Our Ice Hockey program develops strong skating, puck control, passing, and shooting skills. Coaches break down technique to help players move with more confidence and make smarter decisions on the ice. With fun, competitive drills, campers build skill and a deeper understanding of the game.

ICE HOCKEY

Our Lacrosse program focuses on building core skills in stick handling, passing, catching, shooting, and defensive play. Campers learn proper technique and grow their field awareness through structured drills and game situations. Every session helps athletes improve their confidence and their overall lacrosse IQ.

LACROSSE

Our Soccer program helps players improve dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending through clear instruction and high-tempo drills. Campers learn how to read the field, make quicker decisions, and play with confidence. With supportive coaching and plenty of play time, athletes develop strong skills and love for the game.

SOCCER

Our Tennis program builds strong fundamentals in ground strokes, serves, volleys, and footwork. Campers get focused instruction that helps them improve technique and court awareness. With competitive play and targeted drills, players develop consistency, confidence, and a stronger all-around game.

TENNIS

Our Volleyball program teaches players the essentials of passing, serving, hitting, and defensive movement. Coaches help campers build strong technique and learn how to communicate and compete as a team. Through fast-paced drills and game play, athletes gain confidence and improve their overall performance.
