BERKSHIRE UNITED SC: DAY CAMP

PRIMARY SPORTS

Athletes select one sport to focus on throughout their session, receiving high-level, individualized coaching from experienced staff who tailor instruction to each player’s needs, maximizing skills, building confidence, and helping every athlete reach their full potential.

LACROSSE

Each day follows a rhythm that blends structure, energy, and fun. Mornings begin with a camp-wide rally, where we set a daily intention and connect through a quick game or challenge. Campers enjoy breakfast, lunch, and plenty of snacks, all included, to keep them fueled and focused throughout the day. The schedule features two hours of Primary Sport training in the morning and three more in the afternoon, including a dedicated fitness session. Electives and moments of rest round out the experience.
